SHOTS: Puppies will have a 5 way + CV series at 5 & 7 weeks and there after every 3 weeks until 20 weeks old. @ 6 months & annually thereafter.
DEWORMED: Will be parasite free at time of pick-up or shipping. I use Pyrantel @ 4, 6, & 8 weeks old.
1) The seller guarantee this puppy to be in good health at time of sale.
2) The purchaser agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery for a health check. (3 days). Buyer will mail a copy of veterinarian report ( DATED ) to seller within 2 days of health check or it will void guarantee.
3) Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health, the cause which is clearly attributable to the seller, the puppy may be returned ( at buyers expense )with a written diagnosis from said veterinarian, for another puppy of equal value. (NO CASH REFUNDS).  Buyer will have 24 hours to fax a copy of veterinarians report to seller. Please call seller first. All must be done in the time given or guarantee will be null and void.

Seller will not be held responsible for any Veterinarian bills occured.
